The Lakeshore Condos (West Block 1928 condos) is a new condo project that is going to include not just residences, but also retail space and offices, and lots of amenities. The original site architects are architects Alliance, who will be working with Page + Steele Architects and ERA Architects too. The latter two will be focusing on the updated residential tower design and the original façade respectively.
